Nick Morreale is a Senior Vice President in the M&A Practice of Paramax Corporation, a Western New York based Investment Banking Firm. Nick is a Registered Investment Banker who leads divestiture processes for Companies, generally ranging from $10 million to $100 million in enterprise value. Nick’s role in the divestiture process includes quarterbacking the process, business valuation, due diligence, preparation of offering materials, buyer and market research, and deal negotiations. Additionally, Nick has extensive buy-side deal experience, including evaluating and integrating acquisition targets, buyer diligence, quality of earnings analyses, and purchase accounting.

Nick is a Certified Public Accountant, and prior to joining Paramax, spent a combined 15 years in the Assurance and Consulting Practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers and a regional Western New York CPA Firm.

Nick’s deal experience on both the buy and sell side of transactions, combined with his financial experience, allow him to strategically position and advise his clients to achieve maximum value. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker at local business events and teaches M&A Continuing Professional Education classes to CPA firms in Western New York.
