Dave is Founder and President of Competitive Edge Sales Solutions, LLC, a firm that provides outsourced sales strategy, sales process and sales management solutions to drive growth in small to midsize companies. These solutions drive accountability, sustainable sales growth and improved profitability throughout the client organization.
Prior to founding Competitive Edge, Dave spent 25+ years in various sales leadership roles with a proven record of building, motivating and leading sales teams to success. This experience includes Fortune 500 as well as small and midsize companies in the consumer products, retail technology and food retail business segments. Leading sales organizations across diverse businesses has taught him that regardless of the industry, implementing best practices can drive new thinking and approaches that increase performance and results.
Dave operates with high energy, integrity and a strong work ethic and is committed to helping business owners make the changes necessary to take their companies to the next level.
Dave has a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. Dave lives in Rochester, NY with his wife and two children. He enjoys scuba diving, skiing, yard work, playing competitive volleyball, golf and reading.
